Pilates Burn is our strength training version of Pilates. This class will mix traditional Pilates with heavier intervals geared towards developing muscle strength & endurance. This is a great class to add into your weekly workout mix. Burn is appropriate for all levels. Because the focus is on strength and heavier springs, the exercises tend to go a little slower and they are less complicated.
The idea for this class is to take each exercise really slow so that you fatigue out your muscles safely and efficiently! You’ll focus a little more on your larger muscle groups, so lots of glutes and legs! But don’t worry, your arms and abs will still get to share in the burning love <3
