-intro to machine
-explanation of cueing- we’ll let you know what’s coming up so the class moves continuously.
-full body workout; warm-up, core works the whole time, arms, legs
-cardio trampoline jumping
-quick stretch at the end. In pilates you are stretching the body the whole time.
