There is a secret to seeing results from your Pilates class, and we know what it is!

FOCUS. That’s right, focus. The best way to see results from your classes is to focus for the entire length of class. When the instructor cues you to use specific muscles, think about using them. When the instructor offers suggestions for how an exercise should feel, pay attention. If something feels easy, take a moment and then THINK about the exercise – hold the pose and feel the movement. Chances are, the exercise is not easy.

Our biggest suggestion for any client looking to see results from their workout is to take a step back and think about the movements. Make modifications so that you can really feel how the exercise is working. Ask questions. Concentrate on doing things right. We promise, if you try this for a month, you will notice a difference!
