Danielle is one of our amazing trainers here at Core Reform. Danielle has a background in dance and she’s been teaching Pilates for several years. We’ve asked Danielle a few questions about our studio and she is going give us her answers. We hope this tells you more about our Pilates classes!

Q: What is your favorite class format to teach here at Core Reform?

A: I love teaching the Sculpt class because it’s achievable for most class clients. Personally, I love to add accessories to my workouts, so I love adding them to the Sculpt program. The great thing about Sculpt is that it’s a little different than a Tone, but not necessarily harder. Anyone can just ditch the accessory if it gets to be too much.

Q: What is your favorite accessory to use when you teach vs when you take class?

A: I’d have to say it’s the magic circle for both. When I teach, I include the magic circle because it can be used to make so many variations of an exercise. I can teach the same exercise with the magic circle in different positions and it almost feels like something completely different, which I think clients like. When I take class myself, I have a love/hate relationship with the circle.

Q: What tips do you have for clients deciding which class to consider?

A: Try all of our class formats! They are all different and each really has it’s own vibe. I love the Tone if I’m just looking for a basic workout – and the others so so fabulous to mix in to really create that dynamic body movement / cross training.
