Scheduling Classes
Our studio uses schedule software to manage all scheduling and payment. The system is easy, fast and secure. To get started, simply create an account, make a purchase, and schedule your classes.
Cancellation Policy – 12 Hours
All clients must agree to our 12-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice / no shows result in the deduction of 1 session for session package holders OR a $15 charge to the client’s credit card for Unlimited & 14 Day Trial members. If a member’s card cannot be charged, we deduct 1 day (and corresponding reservation) from a member’s plan. Any cancellation waiver due to illness does come with a 5-day mandatory account hold. We are extremely strict about this policy. If you’re sick or experiencing a true emergency, follow the directions on the bottom of your booking confirmation email. Please do not ask us to make an exception for you if you do not follow the directions.
Package Expiration
Unless otherwise indicated, packages of group classes expire 6 months from activation.
