Core Reform Pilates ® offers Group Reformer Classes and Private Pilates Training.

Core Reform Pilates ® offers high energy, low-impact group Pilates classes. Each 50-minute Core Reform class offers a full body workout that blends strength training with cardio activity in a dynamic group setting. Our Pilates sessions use weight bearing springs, pulleys, straps, jumpboards, and accessories to create a safe and effective workout which sculpts and tones the entire body.

Core Reform Pilates Private training focuses on individual goals. Private training elevates the experience of Pilates by focusing exclusively on the client and his/her goals.

We believe that Pilates should be fun and approachable. Our studios are open, bright and staffed by friendly instructors who want our clients to feel successful.
