Sometimes our clients ask us if they can try a certain exercise or if they are ready for a Level 2 class. They want to know how they will know when they are ready to take their workout to the next step. Our answer is pretty simple and is reminiscent of a popular children’s book — if you think you can do something, then you most certainly can!
We always encourage our clients to push their workout to the next level. For some clients that means trying a Level 2 class or holding a plank a little longer. For others, it means adding a leg extension or an extra spring on footwork. Trying something new in class is a great way to learn and to challenge your body.
