Sometimes we hear that people are intimidated to try Pilates for the first time. They are worried about keeping up with the class, being able to do the exercises, or sticking out as a newbie.
We are here to put worries to rest. Working out at Core Reform Pilates is supposed to be fun. Our trainers are super welcoming and they want everyone to feel comfortable in our space. We recognize that clients come to our studio with all levels of experience and our classes are taught with lots of options so that everyone gets a good workout.
We also want to reassure our new people that everyone has to start somewhere and the best thing to do is to give it a try! You’ll almost always be able to do more than you think you can and you’ll leave our classes feeling like a rockstar if you tried your best.
