To schedule a private, please send us an email or book online. We have a handful of private training times bookable from the website. If those work for you, please book directly. If you would like us to search for different times, we’re glad to do so! Just sent us a note. Tell us when you would like to come in and which studio you’d like to visit. We would love it if you could tell us a little bit about yourself – goals, injuries, conditions, etc so that we can match you with the right trainer.
Please note that private training means exclusive access to a trainer. The studio hosts multiple private sessions at the same time.
