Form Focus is a great class for Pilates Beginners AND Pilates Pros alike. In this class we break down each exercise letting you know how it should feel head to toe. Even though the class goes at a slower pace you still get a great challenging workout. Beginners learn the correct mechanics for traditional Pilates exercises and the more experienced student gets the chance to re-establish their good form.
One of the most exciting aspect of Pilates is that it gets more challenging the better you get at it! As you get stronger and more familiar with the exercises you are able to dig deeper and perform with the correct muscle focus.
