Scheduling Classes

Our studio uses schedule software to manage all scheduling and payment. The system is easy, fast and secure. To get started, simply create an account, make a purchase, and schedule your classes.

Cancellation Policy – 12 Hours

All clients must agree to our 12-hour notice policy for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice / no shows result in the deduction of 1 session for session package holders OR a $10 charge to the client’s credit card for unlimited & 14 day trial members. We do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy, so please don’t ask!

If you are on a New Client Trial or Monthly unlimited plan without a valid credit card on file and you late cancel / no show for your reservation, one day will be deducted from your package.

Package Expiration

Unless otherwise indicated, packages of group classes expire 6 months from activation. Packages cannot be extended once they have expired.
